Toybox does a great job in bringing hope and a future to children living on the streets of Latin America and to help Toybox do even more of this life saving work I will be riding across Britain on May 30th 2010. Yes, mad I know but that's 147 miles from Whitehaven to Gateshead and yes, there are a few mountains between the two and yes, I did say in one day.

So I hope you won't mind me asking you to dig deep and support me and, through that, help Toybox save even more children's lives. Children like Isabel, who was alone and uncared for, her hair was growing in patches, her face was dirty and she rarely had enough food to eat, she was in real danger every day and night. Now she lives in a home with 12 other girls and house parents who give her love, support and an education. Her beautiful smile is a testimony to the amazing change Toybox have brought into her life.

By donating now and encouraging your friends, colleagues and your family to do the same you will help more children like Isabel to move off the streets, to have a hope and to gain a future, to have a life as it should be.

Over the coming weeks and months I'll be getting ready for my epic ride but knowing that life will change for at least some of the kids who are out on the streets of Latin America at the moment will make every mile and every ache worth while.
