You know that I am used to looking at buildings but I am not usually dangling 200ft (18 floors) in the air off one suspected by only a 11mm rope!!!!!!!

This is what I am doing on 9th September when I will be abseiling down the London International Press Centre in Shoe Lane all in aid of my Livery Company's Charitable Trust and the Lord Mayor's Charity.
