Last year I did many events to get myself ready for the biggest challenge year of my life so far.  I have set myself three massive events to conquer this year:

 - the London Marathon - 26 miles of running - DONE in 3hrs 44mins

 - the Welsh 3000's - every Welsh 3000m peak in 24 hours - DONE in 16hrs 46mins

 - IRONMAN UK - 2.4miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling and 26 miles of running, all back to back! - DONE in 15hrs 22mins

To make all this worthwhile I am supporting Newlife Foundation for disabled children.
