....here we go again. After the trials and tribulations of Ireland, Im cycling this year from St Malo in southern France to Lille - a journey of approximately 400 miles in 4 days. Im leaving later this week and we start cycling on Thursday 26th September - 108 miles on day 1 after a night crossing on the ferry. Nice!

Once again we are raising funds for Unicef. These guys do awesome work around the globe for children who otherwise just wouldnt get the opportunity they deserve. Last year Visa raised over half its charitable contribution from the bike ride - which is why Im asking you to help me raise the funds, that Visa contributes to, and then makes a very real difference to young lives.

Every revolution of the pedals, every panted breath, I'll be thanking you for making the ride what it is today. Thanks in advance, and please give anything you can - it all makes a difference,
