Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My son James (9) was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia on 29 January 2010. Disney Ward Northampton General Hospital have been absolutely fantastic in the care and support they have given him and us as his family.

Many of the great things about the care they give are outside the scope of normal NHS provision, that make the hospital a centre for 'whole-ness' in healing and treatment, and not just about clinical symptoms and medicine.

An example of the kind of difference your contribution makes is here http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/news/local/patients_at_play_in_northampton_general_hospital_1_1316700

An additional benefit is that thanks to other work done here, despite having missed a year of school, James has managed to keep up with his learning.

This can only continue because of the generosity of supporters, so PLEASE help them make the lives of children with cancer - and their families - less traumatic than it already is.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
