On the 13th August 2017 I am running the Northumberland coastal marathon, which follows the coastal path and beaches from Alnmouth to Beadnell and back.

It passes our beach shack twice where my beautiful daughter loved to spend time running up the beach , playing in the dunes , rock pooling and just enjoying her years growing up.

On the 19th May I tragically lost my daughter Lily Mae - my pretty princess , my little mermaid.

We are raising awareness of young persons suicide so that we can help other young people.This page has been set up in loving memory of Lily and all the donations will help other young people who suffer alone and the families of a lost loved one who decided to take their own life. 

Did you know 4 young people take their own lives every day in the uk ? Can we even imagine how many young vulnerable children even think about this on a daily basis - raising awareness of this difficult subject and enabling young people to speak to someone is so important.
