A few months ago a work colleague asked me if I wanted to take part in a bike challenge for charity.  The challenge was to ride from York to Kettering in 4 days starting on the 13 September.  The distance is roughly 260 miles.  I agreed to take part and have been looking forward to it ever since as we are supporting three amazing charities.  The charities are MS Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust and IHG Shelter in a Strom Program.  Please help us support these charities by donating generously.
