Link Community Development - Hitch 2010 · 23 April 2010 ·

Link believes all children have the right to a good quality education. We work with schools and communities in Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi and Uganda. By sharing and developing skills we are bringing about long-lasting change, helping over a million children have a better start in life.

Story

Hi,

Firstly thank you for coming to this page, I suppose I better give you a bit of a lo-down on what I'm doing.

In the easter holidays I am attempting to Hitch my way to Morrocco. Why? I hear you cry.  Well I am doing this all in aid of the charity Link Community Development, to raise money for improving education in rural communities in sub - saharan Africa, including Malawi, Ethiopia and Uganda.

My aim is to raise a minimum of £350 to improve the schools, teaching and help the continuing fight against HIV and AIDS.  Some fairly good reasons there I think.

Now you're wondering how to donate.  Well there's a button below this blurb, just click on it and it'll take you to the realy simple fast and secure donating page. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.  As Tesco says, Every Little Helps.
