Hi,

Many thanks to everybody who sponsored me and helped to raise such a fantastic amount for my two charities. As for the run, well it was tough going but kind of enjoyable (mainly the down hill parts) and thankfully not too hot, wet, or windy. Anyway, I finished in 50 minutes and 8 seconds, and managed not to be sick, pass out or get lost.
