London to Paris 24 · 3 July 2015
We are looking at raising over £2000 towards Scope to help aid their fantastic work to helping out parents and their disabled children.
In September 2013 my nephew was diagnosed with a form of Cerebal Palsy that affects all four of his limbs. After he was diagnosed a representative from Scope would visit his house once a week to help guide/support his parents (my brother and sister-in-law) and advise them on different opportunities that would help Harrison continue to grow into the little boy he has become. Even now Scope continue to contact the family to check how the three of them are doing and if they require more help.
We are hoping by doing this ride we can raise awareness of just how much Scope do and how we can all do our bit to help.
We will be keeping an up to date blog of our progress and you will be able to follow our training the whole way and eventually the London to Paris journey at the end.
Any donations or help in any way we receive would be much appreciated, think we’re going to need it.
