My big "good-doings" for 2018 is to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. I have pledged to raise £1001 by forming a very close bond with my bike by cycling from London to Amsterdam!

In previous years I have Movembered and gone full-itchy for a month. This time I'm involving exercise - proper exercise - about 150 miles on a bike exercise. Please support me if you can.

Estimates indicate tens of thousands of prostate cancer diagnoses each year with one estimate of 27, 000 deaths in 2017. That's way too many...

As a (young at heart) man in my 50s, I am right in the key target age group. Yikes!!!!  I'd appreciate any support you can provide.
