Last year I cycled the Manchester-Blackpool route and decided to up the ante this year by cycling both the Manchester-Blackpool ride on the 4th of July (60 miles approx) and the Manchester-Chester ride (50 miles approx) the following weekend making it a grand total of around 110 miles.  Once again I am hoping to raise money for the Brains Trust which helps to support people affected by brain tumours.  This is a personal charity for me as my Mum was diagnosed some years ago with a brain tumour.  Luckily she managed to have a nearly-full recovery and I felt that it would be nice if I could give something back.  Any donation would be gratefully received and if even if you can't donate please take the time to visit the Brains Trust website which explains exactly that they do;
