My story
British 10K
Yes, rather a unusual picture to post when you are about to run a 10K but strangely fitting in that it does resemble the sort of training I have been doing in preparation of the event! Obviously not exactly the right training!
Anyway, I have agreed to run in the British 10K with a very good friend of mine Salvatore on Sunday 8 July 2012 and we are running in aid of The Family Rights Group, a registered charity which provides vital advice and care for the welfare of children and their families in England.
I will be truly grateful if you can sponsor me, which I’m sure will make the endurance of the event far less painfully and certainly worthwhile.

It promotes policies and practices that assist families including grandparents who are raising children who cannot live at home. It works to increase the voice and influence children and their families have over the services they use.
