This year I'm running the Edinburgh Marathon, nothing new there I have run it the previous two years. This year is different as I will be running it three weeks after running a 53 mile ultramarathon but not only that and probably more significantly I will be running it for charity.

 

I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon for Parkinson's UK which as well as being a worthwhile cause is one that is researching and providing support for suffers of a condition of which I have personal experience as someone close to me has the condition.
