As most of you have already received an e-mail about my bike ride this may well be an easier way to pay.  If not feel free to send a cheque to the office in the Forest of Dean. 
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: the Motor Neurone Disease Association will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

Dave completed this bike ride on 14th Sept.07 which would've been Alan's 59th birthday.Well done Dave and many thanx to all our supporters for kind wishes and, hopefully, now generous donations.
