The Brighton Marathon (26.2 miles) http://brightonmarathon.co.uk/ is without doubt the greatest physical and psychological challenge of my life.  It is a tremendous opportunity to reclaim my health and fitness, whilst at the same time supporting a very special charity.

I have recently made my 70th donation as a blood donor.  SERV adds another dimension to this support for people at a time of great need, by offering a free out of hours courier service to the NHS.  This service primarily involves transporting blood products and covers evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays throughout the year.
