Thanks for taking the time to visit David's page.

David's boundless energy and enthusiasm meant that he has touched many many lives in different countries. He has dedicated much of his life to raising funds for worthy causes and helping others,  in particular through  Round Table, 41 Club, Rotary and most recently as a Trustee of Beechwood Cancer Care.

Since being diagnosed with bowel cancer  three years ago, our  father has worked relentlessly to try and raise awareness of the disease and how early detection is so important to survival rates. As a consequence of this, he became aware of the outstanding contribution being made by Beechwod Cancer Care. In partnership with them, he continued his  work until a few days before he passed away.

Dad, a meticulous planner, left specific instructions to deal with everything after his death. But first on his list was a direction that anyone wishing to make donations should do so to Beechwood Cancer Care. So it gives us great pleasure and pride to be able to help. Knowing Dad as we do, it would give him immense satisfaction and a degree of amusement to think his death will do more good for Beechwood than he did in his lifetime. We  hope that between us we can achieve that.
