April 2009 I trekked in the Everest region of Nepal, A journey of a lifetime! I took so so much from the people and place and felt guilty coming home to the western world!!

I have just signed up to trek Baden Powell peak in the langtang region of Nepal. The peak is 5718m high!! I would like to raise a pound for every meter i climb!! to give something back!!

If you can help with even the smallest of amounts, it will be very much appreciated and make a huge difference to the people who need it.
