I will be joining the 10k fun run for Kemp Hospice dressed in a Santa suit on Sunday 29th November 2009, I have never been in a race since I left school and in fact couldn't run 100 yards just 6 months ago. Kemp provide palliative care for cancer patients and provide rest bite too. Charities are personal choice and would not be offended if you prefer to give else where. Thank you for any support!
