<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;">Working with Avril from Northampton Youth Ministry Office, we plan to give someone a good basis for youth ministry through a <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">two year Foundation Degree in Youth Ministry at St Mary’s </strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">University</strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> </strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">College</strong><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> together with 2 days a week essential work experience at NYMO from September 2012. </strong>Avril will select a suitable candidate and manage and direct that person within her team. This will help ensure the best outcome both for the candidate and for Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Northampton. <span style="color: navy;"></span></span></p>
