As I am sure you will all now be aware, I am running the Brentwood Half Marathon in March to raise money and awareness for Childflight and to continue to remember Amy Watson-Wright who I had the pleasure and privilege to meet the first year I completed the bike ride from Cheadle Hulme to Abersoch in Wales.

Not content with this I have now agreed to do a 14 hour shift at my local and favourite pub, The Kenilworth in Cheadle Hulme, where I know my friends and many locals will come out in force to heckle and barrack me, but all done in the greatest of spirits, but please remember all my tips on the day will be going towards Childflight, so all heckling and banter will hit you hard in the pocket, ha ha

There are no real words that can talk up this amazing charity and the work they do for poorly children and their families in getting them holidays they will remember for the rest of their lives.
