running up Tower 42 in London · 25 February 2010

We exist to defend the right to a safe home and fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and society. We believe that home is everything.

Story

As you may now be aware I am taking part in The Vertical Rush event in aid of Shelter. I will be running up Tower 42 in London. This consists of 42 floors and over 1200 steps!! For all of those who know me you will klnow that this will be quite a test of my limited fitness.

I am now officialy in training and I am using the mental image of those people less fortunate than us who sleep out in the streets during these cold nights. If like me you have visted many of our cities you would have seen many people in this awful predicament.

Therefore, Please help me help them. The more I see your pledges go up in value the harder I will work to make sure I complete this challenge.

Regards

Deano
