On September 21st i intend to ride the London to Brighton 75 miles Off Road bike ride with some friends (The Lycra Lads). I'm aiming to raise as much as i can for the British Heart Foundation. Heart failure is one of the biggest challenges facing britain today. Sponsor hope and help us to mend broken hearts.

I have started training, which is not easy when my lovely partner is nagging me to get the extension done lol! Joking aside she is being a great support and is also coming out with me on shorter training sessions.

I need all the inspiration i can get! It would be great if you would sponsor me.

I have been training and so far i have managed a 32 mile ride, which resulted in me walking like John Wayne and not being able to sit down for the rest of the day. I am determind to complete the 75 miles London to Brighton Off Road moutain bike fundraising event. So while the bets are on and you are all sitting comfortably In front of the TV spare a thought for me out in all weather conditions training hard.
