About the charity : Woking Hospice Woking Hospice
Woking Hospice provides care for terminally ill patients and their families residing in West Surrey. The Hospice provides a quiet, comfortable oasis for people aged 18 and over who have a life limiting illness. Our facilities include individual en-suite rooms, day care service, counselling, chaplaincy and a range of complimentary therapies.

Thank you for visiting this page, set up in support of my sister-in-law, Carol. 

Carol, like many others, is going through a very tough time with Cancer. 

Thinking about and seeing people go through the treatments, makes me realise just how fortunate I am.

One of the things in common with most sufferers, is that, as a result of the Chemo etc...they lose their hair!

Now, as many of you know, I HAD plenty, in fact, some say, far too much. 

So, as a way of raising money and giving many the opportunity of having a gentle chuckle, I agreed to join Carol in her 'hair loss' program and have a hair cut (shave) ! 

Yes, I went the whole way, beard as well ! 

Hair Today....took place on Friday 13th! (Oct) @ Infinity F'boro 09:30

There are many ways of offering support and Woking Hospice and  their Macmillan nurses have been instrumental in helping Carol.  This is our choice and I am pleased if you are able to help.
