IRONMAN is a very long triathlon consisting of a 2.4mile sea swim (that's 152 lengths in a pool), 112 mile cycle and a full marathon! Which if you saw the London marathon is enough on it's own!
I'm doing Lanzarote which is regarded as the TOUGHEST Ironman in the WORLD as it is very hilly, hot and windy and if that isn't enough I'm doing it in FANCY DRESS! So please sponsor me to help me keep training and finish the race, if I know there is a lot of money destined for ASPIRE provided I finish, it will help me to keep going for the 14 or 15 HOURS I expect it to take!!!
