I have now completed the Bristol 10k for the Wallace and Gromit appeal http://www.grandappeal.org.uk/ the Bristol Children`s hospital charity. I ran 1 hour 10 mins 35 seconds. This was a fantastic experience, and the furthest I have ever run!

I ran to support the hospital  after newborn baby Jacob Hughes suffered a blood clot, resulting in damage to his heart. He has been in Bristol for 2 months now, and has a long way to go. Please support this worthy cause for Jacob, and all the other babies that they are helping
