I have reached my 20KM training target this week!

<p>I'm taking part in Nightrider 2012, a 100km moonlit cycle ride around London on 9th June, to raise funds for WWF as I believe we all have a part to play in securing our planets future.</p> <p>This is a real challenge for me as I haven't cycled more than 3km in the past 3 years! I'm looking forward to improving my fitness and cycling to work as part of my training and choosing to cycle rather than get the car out beyond the challenge.</p> <p>WWF work hard to stop the degradation of the planet's natural environmental and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature.
