In September 2009 I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Without the help of Coeliac UK I would not have had the knowledge and support to get my health back and adapt to the changes required to stay fit and well as a Coeliac. 

Raising money for Coeliac UK is one way to pay them back for their help and hopefully support others in the same position in the future.
