The 11th Jan 2008 is a day I don't remember, but a very big day in my life.  It changed mine and my families lives dramatically.

I had heard of Brain Injury but never known much about it.  I now know it is a very hard injury to recover from and that you never really fully recover!

HEADWAY Essex which is a charity set up to give help and support to people affected by brain injury.

They have been fantastic and a major help in my recovery so I want to thank them.

ON 26TH SEPTEMBER I am doing the RUN TO THE BEAT half marathon for them.
