Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Lots of lovely ladies and I are taking part in the Garden House Hospice Starlight Walk on Saturday 12th September, to raise money towards their £1m needed annually to keep it going.

Jason went to the hospice the day before he died, and you could tell he immediately felt safe, secure, and that it was no longer a frightening time for him.  It is such an incredible place, in that not only can you go there and receive so much care, help and support, but also a Hospice at Home team are available to come to your house and give you help and medical care at home.  I honestly felt that an Angel arrived when Caroline appeared at my door, the Sunday before Jason died, and for the first time I felt that I had some medical support at home.  She was honest, lovely, supportive and things weren't quite so scary any more.

When Jase decided that actually he wanted to go to the Hospice on Tuesday 7th July, instead of being at home, the whole team there were so brilliant at handling everything.  They are truly dedicated and amazing people - many of whom volunteer to be there, and it is brilliant that this Hospice exists to care for so many patients and their families.

I know many of you all raise funds, and donate to many charities, but if you could spare a few pounds to donate to this event, our team (many women walking the miles in the middle of the night!) and the Hospice, would be so very very grateful.

Thank you so very much

Debz and the Team of Many x

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Apologies if you receive an email more than once - I'm using various email lists, including the Ashwell Tennis enthusiasts as Jase was heavily involved in the Tennis Club for many years,  and so of course you may be on more than list - sorry.
