I started this page in memory of my Nana who suffered from Dementia. Dementia is a very frustrating disease that causes a lot of upset and no matter what you do for your loved ones it never seems enough. I hope that by raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer's society they can continue to research a cure and assist carers to help the sufferers lead as normal a life as possible.
