My dad and I have been saying for a while now that we are going to do a challenge together and raise some money for an RAF based charity in the process.

After coming across "Total Warrior" I knew this was the challenge for us. It has a bit of everything, 10 miles of running and 25 obstacles to over come along the way. I thought we COULD complete this together.

After discussing this with the father his response was "at least I'll kick your arse over the 10 miles". So this family challenge has now turned into a father vs son battle! That I'm going to win! 

We are completely the total warrior challenge for the RAF benevolent fund because after growing up in an RAF family and my dad still serving it's good to see there is a charity that provides a spectrum of care, supporting everyone from children growing up on RAF stations, to those serving today, to the veterans who fought for our freedom.

So please dig deep and donate what you can to this great cause.
