Jeremy Hyde a great friend and neighbour is mad.  He is cycling the UK, starting out from Lands End on July 7th with 4 friends  and  they are cycling via  Bristol,  Pembroke,  Rosslare,  Dublin, Belfast,  The Giants Causeway,  the West coast of Scotland and finally John O`Groats, hopefully finishing on the 20th July.

He has very kindly agreed to accept sponsorship or support monies for Myeloma Uk.   This charity has been very helpful to us during Mikes illness and they deserve as much support as they can get.
