This year, Deirdre and Jan walked the Fife Coastal Path. We started out on Sept. 6th. from North Queensferry and walked the 81 miles to Newport on Tay in just 6 days! It was definitely a walk of two halves - the weather was a bit grim for the first 3 days and absolutely glorious for the second 3 days! We are raising money for the Kawaza School Charitable Trust in Zambia, in memory of our friends’ son Andy Lucas, who was tragically killed this year. The project aims to support the development of schools and education in the South Luangua valley, NE Zambia and Andy visited the project whilst on a family holiday to the country in 2007.
