I'm taking part in a sponsored 12k walk at Richmond Park on Sunday 20th September to help raise money for The Colorectal Research Fund (Bowel disease).  This charity finances doctors and research and trials with patients suffering with Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Bowel Cancer.
