We will be running the Brighton Marathon and mini mile to raise money for the Kianh Foundation. 

Our family has been supporting this charity for many years now. It started life providing care to disabled children in a Vietnamese orphanage. These were the forgotten children, living in terrible insanitary conditions with no stimulation or care. The able bodied children were not even aware of their existence.

The charity has now moved into the community to get to the route of the problem. Last year they opened the first day care facility in Vietnam providing free education, health care and support to both disabled children and their families. Without this, the families would be forced to leave the children, some very young, at home alone while they went to work or worse still to abandon them to the orphanage.

We have seen for ourselves how this charity changes lives. The money we raised last year paid for a little 10 year old girl, Hien, to attend the centre for 17 months. It would be really nice if her place was funded for a little longer.

Please help us to help the Kianh Foundation continue the good work.
