I'm raising money for The Alzheimer's Society but also hoping to raise awareness and promote the great work that Wrexham Football Club are doing in their aim to become Dementia Friendly.  One day soon, we will have a safer and more inclusive stadium in a town working to become the first dementia friendly town in North Wales!!
