I'm taking part in the 20mile Charity Event around Blenheim Palace... I had originally thought of running it but sadly a knee injury won't let me so I'll be limping along side Mel, Shell and Camilla:-)

After a tough and challenging year helping someone fight this deadly disease this cause is very close to my heart.

Breast Cancer Care services provide support and information for anyone that needs it... ranging from helplines to 1-1 sessions.

Hearing the News this morning (4th Feb) the statistic seems to be increasing to 1/8 rather than 1/9, thats a nearly a wopping 50,000 diagnosed yearly.

So I am asking you to dig deep into those pockets, count up the change down your sofa and make a donation  - no matter how big or small every penny will be appreciated and spur me on to cross that finishing line!

We're planning on organising some fundraising events so I will keep you all posted.
