Mental illness has affected my family and I know the destructive effects it can have both on the individuals themselves and the people around them. Without the support of such organisations as SANE these people would have noone to turn to.
I have never run a marathon before, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to run for SANE to help them provide the much-needed support for individuals who suffer from mental illness along with their families and dependents.
I have no set targets for sponsorship or times, I'm just going to do my best.
