I have had a fairly turbulent year with a near death month in hospital with sepsis followed more recently by brain surgery. This has made me realise our time is limited and we must use it wisely. There are children who YOU can help directly - from those displaced from Syria by war, to the slums of Indonesia and even the poorer areas of North London. 

'100 Arsenal fans from around the world'  'The Arsenal Foundation uses the power of football and the Arsenal name to inspire and support young people in north London and across the globe. In partnership with Save the Children, they have co-developed the ground-breaking Coaching for Life programme which utilises football to improve the mental wellbeing of children affected by conflict and violence. I am going to join Arsenal Legends David Seaman and Per Mertesacker, and 100 fellow fans to demonstrate my support for Arsenal and The Arsenal Foundation. I will push myself out of my comfort zone and raise as much as possible to empower children across the globe through Coaching for Life.

I plan to take a football and you might want to consider doubling your donation if I can beat David Seaman with a desert penalty or triple if I can also beat Per Mertesacker in the air :-)

Though this operates under the Arsenal banner your donations go directly to disadvantaged children, whoever they support so please forget your allegiances for now!!
