We've climbed mountains.  We've cycled Britain.  This year, British Gas Swims Britain! 

I'm taking part in the individual challenge, which involves swimming 1000m, on Sunday 30th June.  Hopefully my contribution will help to achieve the overall target of raising £1 million for Great Ormond Street Hospital
