Strokes have a habit of happening to my family, the two most influential people of my childhood died after suffering multiple strokes. My Nanna and my Dad, My Nanna never met my children and my youngest daughter only knew her Grandad briefly before he was taken from her, she never got to share with him the moments I shared with my Nanna.

My Nanna passed at 77, my Dad was in his early 60's. My uncle Mervin was in his mid 40's. they were not overweight but it happened anyway.. it can happen at any age.
