My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Paul Sartori Foundation provides a wide range of services to the people of Pembrokeshire. For some people a few hours support is all that is required but they do provide up to 24 hours a day skilled nursing care. All of their services help people spend as much time as possible in their own home, and to die there, if that is their choice.
All their services are provided free of charge and as the service expands and is called upon more and more, the cost inevitably rises. The expenditure to maintain the existing service is over £700,000 a year.
They provided a lot of support to my family, including my grandmother, before she passed away.
So please dig deep and donate now.

The Paul Sartori Foundation enables patients with cancer or other advanced illness to be cared for at home and to die at home if that is their preference. Our team of qualified nurses, health care assistants, bereavement support worker and aroma therapist deliver care of the highest standard so as to enhance the quality of life of patients, carers and families at a very difficult time. We depend heavily upon donations and fundraising activities to provide this essential care to the terminally ill.
