I have recently taken to swapping my beloved converse for actual running trainers and pounding the streets of Manchester. It has only taken me 30 years to get addicted to a sport!

I thought that I could put some of this new found love to some good use and have decided to run two 10k's (yes TWO) for Springhill hospice. First up is the Manchester 10k on 16th May and then the City of Manchester 10k on the 4th July.

Springhill hospice was there for us at a time when we really needed it and we saw first hand the amazing job this place does and how wonderful all the staff are to everyone who comes through their doors. We can never thank them enough but hope that anything raised will help. http://www.springhill.org.uk/
