I will be shinning at Cancer Research UK’s first ever night-time walking marathon, Shine, on Saturday 17 April 2010 in Manchester!

For those of you who know me, to walk 26.6 miles in the middle of the night will be one of the biggest challenges of my life, but thanks to the support and encouragement of my colleague Sarah and my brother Stuart who will both be walking on night with me, I am now spending every spare moment I have training for the what will be the biggest physical achievement of my life whilst raising much needed money for such a worthwhile charity.
