Distance: 17 Miles

Some of us are still in time to avoid heart decease by living a healthy lifestyle through eating healthily and being active. But for some that option is too late. 

Could you imagine living life with tightness to your chest or shortness of breath, swelling or fatigue?

British Heart Foundation are researching new treatments all the time and with your donations have already helped make great strides in the field of heart medicine, from the original clot-busting drugs to state-of-the-art statins

Their next big challenge is to bring hope to people with heart failure caused by a heart attack with their mending broken hearts appeal.
