From 3rd to 13th November 2011 I will be taking part in the Vietnam to Cambodia 400k bike ride in support of Acorns Children's Hospice.

I have always wanted to take part in a charity challenge and as I am approaching my 55th birthday which is on the final day of the bike ride, I thought this would be a great way to celebrate my birthday whilst helping to support a wonderful children's charity.

Be warned I am out and about practicing and still wearing my L plates so if you pass someone on Romsley Hill wearing a black helmet and red jacket, make sure you give me a wide birth!
