For all those that know me you'll know that I'm fond of the odd Magners or 10 and not so fond of walking unless it's to the pub.  To raise funds for a very worthwhile charity who have helped people that we know I have decided to give up one and take up the other.  My employers C.E.F have adopted Macmillan Cancer Support as their nominated charity and have pledged to donate 1 million pounds over the next couple of years and this is my way of contributing to this worthy cause.  Any donation no matter how small would be much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
