As time goes by, I hear of more and more people, affected by Alzheimer's, either directly or a member of someone's family and I ask for your donation and support as we raise funds to support those affected.

On Sun 20th May I will be cycling from Leeds, visiting Wetherby, Harrogate, Blubberhouses, Bolton Abbey and Otley before returning to Leeds, on my trusty 10 year old mountain bike.  My usual ride is only 5 miles to/from work so this 65 mile route will break new ground for me.  I thank you in advance for your support and sponsorship
