Rhys lost his fight against Lupus at the end of September after suffering from the illness for over 10 years.  Rhys was tremendously strong and brave over this time - he never complained and got on with his life.

For those who knew Rhys, know what an amazing fella he was and how much fun they had in his company.  We all have very fond memories of our time with him.

Lupus is not a very well know illness, so along with other friends of Rhys - Julian, Reg and I are cycling from North Wales to South Wales finishing in New Inn to raise awareness but also to remember our buddy.
